Tell us about the business
The two things nothing else can guess.
We connect to the live website — products, policies, and contact answers when customers ask.
What should the assistant know?
Category shapes how it answers — and whether to add demand intelligence below.
Ecommerce, niche store, or services — used for chat context and demand analysis.
Your colour and logo (all optional)
Your colour across the whole workspace — the top bar, buttons and links on every screen. Once you pick it you can also choose the text colour and a highlight colour that sit on it, or leave both on automatic.
Used for the few numbers we call out on your colour, like "answered from your pages".
This is how your workspace will look
PNG, JPEG, SVG, or WebP, up to 200 KB. The server checks this too.
Leave blank to use the business name above.
Helps keyword demand sources search the right market. Skip if unsure — we derive terms from your catalogue.
More detail (all optional)
Rarely needed. Add a URL only if auto-discovery misses a section.
Employer leads
See which employers are hiring in this business's market — real postings, not survey data. It runs automatically after the assistant is created, and it costs nothing extra to turn on.
Which job boards may we search?
Tick at least one configured source. Greyed-out sources need API keys on this deployment.
Who are you looking for?
Pick a preset or add your own industry. Keywords decide which postings become leads.
Which titles are worth a paid contact lookup once we've matched an employer — a plant manager for a manufacturer, not a school district's front office. Leave none selected to consider any role; picking some narrows where we look on the company's own site, it doesn't guarantee we find someone in it.
Once we've matched an employer, these are the ways we're allowed to look for a hiring contact's name and email. The company's own site and the job posting are always checked — they're free. Apollo and Hunter cost money per lookup, so they're off unless you turn them on.
Grades whether a posting matches a programme you care about (e.g. apprenticeship, internship).
These companies are marked as partners, not new leads.
Where should we search?
Choose each state you cover, then pick or edit the cities inside it. Cities must be real places — a bare state name finds nothing.

Creating the assistant
Connecting to the site, reading pages, indexing, and writing the summary. This endpoint reports only the final result, not progress along the way — so this can sit still for a while on a larger site rather than visibly advancing.
